Seed types

Red Cabbage:

Many nutritionists call red cabbage a superfood. They contain many vitamins, cancer-fighting flavonoids, and antioxidants that improve eye, teeth, bone, & immune health. Red Cabbage may also help reduce inflammation.

Cabbage microgreens are one of the best microgreens for dogs.

Mizuna:

Unlike Mustard seeds, mustard greens are safe for dogs and a great weekly addition to their dinner bowl. A small amount goes a long way.

Rich in antioxidants, and high in vitamins K, A and C

Broccoli:

Broccoli is a great veggie for dogs - packed with Vitamins K and C, Potassium, Calcium, and fibre. However, broccoli contains a compound called isothiocyanate which can also cause gastric irritation, from abdominal pain to digestive issues. Feeding raw reduces the level of isothiocyanate whereas steaming broccoli increases it. Serving broccoli microgreens ensures a greater source of nutrients than mature vegetables by weight and contain less complex sulfur compounds like isothiocyanate.
